I work for an Economic Operator and my Operator is not yet part of TRACES NT

My Operator is in a non-EU Member State and I want to issue part I of a Common Health Entry Document (CHED-A, CHED-P, CHED-PP or CHED-D)

I want to issue part I of a Common Health Entry Document (CHED-A, CHED-P, CHED-PP, or CHED-D)

Operators in third countries are not entitled to create CHEDs (Common Heath Entry Document) as CHED documents are entry documents created by EU users (EU-based business/EU border control post inspectors). Operators in third countries should contact the importer or their trade partner in the EU to clarify who will issue part I of the CHED. The registration of the third country operator in the system is enough to be selected in a CHED (i.e., the Operator can remain in status: “New”).
