Establishment Listing

Request of a role

Log in to the EU login.

If your profile is new, you will not have any role assigned to your profile.

The first step is to request a new role as “Authority”. The authority users in charge of the management of the Establishment amendments’ lists are the “List management system (LMS) National contact point (NCP)” users (LMS NCP) who have to be linked to the profile of their respective authority.

In order to be linked to this authority profile, please follow the steps described below :

When accessing IMSOC for the first time, you will be redirected to a page on which you can choose your organization type.

  1. In our case, we want to click on "Authority".

  2. You will be redirected to the “Select an Authority” page on which you can narrow down the search results by filtering for details relevant to your specific authority e.g.: Country, Role, Competence or Authority name.

    Note

Only the "Country" field is mandatory.

  3. By clicking the blue box “Search”, you will find all the results related to your search.

  4. Once you have found your Competent Authority, then tick the “Select” box and click on “Request authorization”.

After requesting a new role, the relevant Authority will receive a notification to validate your request.

Once your request is validated, your new role will appear when clicking on your email adress in the top-right corner of the application.

Note

If you already have a valid user access in IMSOC, you can also request to be linked to an authority via the “Edit your profile” option available when clicking on your email address, in the upper-right corner of the screen.
