I work for a public Institution or another body

When accessing IMSOC for the first time, you will be redirected to a page on which you can choose your organization type, in this case, “Other Body”:

Select your country and the relevant body role and click on search.

Click on "Request authorisation".

Once your request is sent, you will be redirected to the TRACES homepage where you can see the status of your request.

You need now to contact your administrator in charge who will confirm your access.

If you are the first Member State representative to request this role you need to contact the TRACES helpdesk for validation.
