PART III – Follow-up
As Local Competent authority
In the cases of monitoring/channeling, the local competent authority can add a follow-up to notify and verify the successful arrival of the consignment to the place of destination.
From the “Search for Common Health Entry Documents” page, search for the CHED-P and click on the actions button. You have to click on ‘Add new follow up’ as shown below:
After you open the CHED-P, you have to click on the tab “Part III – Follow up”:
You will then be redirected to the tab that allows you to select between adding the follow up if the consignment is in compliance or the options required in case of re-dispatching:
