Participant Portal IT Manual

On this site you will find all the information on HOW TO USE the services available in the European Commission Participant Portals:

1) Funding & Tenders Portal (replacing the Research & Innovation Participant Portal) for funding programmes and tenders managed by the European Commission and other EU bodies.
