The SME Self-Assessment Questionnaire is a part of the Beneficiary Registration process, specific to the cases where the organisation being registered (or having its data updated) is defined as a "Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprise" (SME). This questionnaire helps to assess if the organisation qualifies as SME, and to record its status as such in the Beneficiary Register application.
