From the Write CR task, the task owner (Rapporteur) can schedule a teleconference meeting by clicking on the button at the bottom of the page. In the new page that opens up, all CR task owners are by default added to the attendees list and the user can create a meeting with a specific date / time or propose different time slots. When a meeting is saved as draft and has multiple slot selections: The task owner can create or cancel a meeting via , and the system will automatically notify the attendees. Once a meeting is created, the attendees will see it in their dashboard. The Join button will appear at the time designated by the Rapporteur when setting up the meeting in the “Attendees can join” field . Call Coordinators and Panel Coordinators can see the meeting in their Teleconferences page. Call and Panel Coordinators do not have edit rights for these meetings. Note: When multiple meeting slots are proposed, the date / time displayed in the Date/Time field is not part of the slots to be selected by the attendees. Only the time slots displayed in the “From” fields are part of the selection grid.
