Completing Continuous Reporting tabs

Description  

The infrastructures information is part of the Horizon 2020 key performance indicators and covers information about:  

  • researchers who have transnational access to research infrastructure through EU support
  • research infrastructure made accessible to all researchers in Europe and beyond through EU support, and summary of transnational access provision for each installation and reporting period
  • Researchers who have access to research e-infrastructure through EU support

Relevant screens in the Grant Management Services

The infrastructures tab contains three different kind of tables: 

  1. Researchers table (available for projects which include art 16.1 "Rules for providing trans-national or virtual access with unit cost access to research infrastructure’)

  2. Trans-national installations table (available for projects which include art 16.1 "Rules for providing trans-national access to research infrastructure’)
  3. e-Infrastructures table (available for e-infrastructure projects which don't include art 16.1 "Rules for providing trans-national access to research infrastructure’)
ResearchersActions


The table includes the list of all researchers who have access to research infrastructures and have been already defined for the project. It gives the possibility to edit them or add new ones.






Please check the box if no researcher has trans-national nor virtual access with unit cost yet

Adding a researcher
  • Click  

  • Complete the relevant fields in the pop-up window:

  • Click and the researcher will be added to the table

Editing a researcher*

* the data submitted for a Periodic Report currently closed cannot be edited

  • Click the Edit button on the row corresponding to the rese

  • Make your changes in the data displayed by the pop-up and click OK

Removing a researcher
  • Click the button in the actions column of the relevant line and confirm the action.

Adding the installation(s) to which a researcher has access
  • Click

  • Complete the relevant fields -  choose the infrastructure and select the installation used by the researcher (from the drop-down lists):

           

  • Click and the installation will be added below the line containing the researcher data

Removing the installation(s) to which a researcher has access
  • Click the button in the actions column of the relevant line

Trans-national installationsActions

The table details the use of every installation/infrastructure with Trans-National Access for each one of the past and current reporting periods. Each row of the table corresponds to an installation of Trans-national type detailed in Annex I of the Grant Agreement.

Indicate, for each installation providing trans-national access, under the project, the quantity of access* actually provided in the current Reporting Period.

e-InfrastructuresActions

The table displays the e-infrastructures (such as data, and computing systems, and communication networks) to which researchers have access to.

Please check the box if this project doesn't have e-infrastructures
