Description  

The Impact questionnaire manages project information about: 

• Technology readiness;
• Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs); 
• Overall Citizen engagement.

The questionnaire will be available in both Continuous and Periodic Reporting for all Horizon Europe types of action.

Exception is made for types of action : ERC PoC.

For ERC projects  - the above mentioned tables (sections) will have to be completed only at the end of the Project (final periodic report)

Periodic Report 

The information provided the Impact questionnaire will be included in the Technical Part (Part A) of the relevant Periodic Report (PDF).
