Description  

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tab provides access to the data regarding the key performance indicators encoded in the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal. 

Relevant screens in the Grant Management Services

Click on the Open button.  

The KPI form in the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal

After clicking the link, you will be directed to the key performance indicators form in the Funding & Tender Opportunities Portal where you can edit the information.  

The form will display any previously completed information (if any). 


How to use the buttons in the KPI form

1.Click the Validation Summary button to check if all data is correct or if any information is still missing.

In case of issues, check the Configuration Info tab to find the name and version of the form you will need to communicate to the Service Desk when reporting the issue.

Click on Cancel changes to revert the form to the last saved version.

Click on Save data to preserve the added information.


light bulb The button is available only if all mandatory data is completed. For some mandatory fields, if no data can be provided, you can select the value 0. To check if any information is still missing, use the Validation Summary button.

Click on View PDF to download the PDF corresponding to the latest saved version of the form.
