PNS

Two Participant Notification System (PNS) messages will be sent to the coordinator:

• one to inform of the potential obligations
• one to confirm that the project falls within the scope of the ABS regulation

Relevant screens in the Grant Management Services

Check the box to indicate that the project falls within the scope of the EU Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) Regulation. 

A confirmation message is displayed, requesting you to now submit the due diligence declaration to the competent authority of the Member State concerned.
