How to complete your financial statement

The financial statement contains four fields

  1. Financial information from contract

"No contribution requested" is information coming from the signed grant, so this field is read-only.

  2. Financial Certificate

The Certificate of Financial statement (CFS) is required for final payments when the Requested EU contribution for Actual Costs is equal or higher than 325000 EUR and the Maximum EU contribution for beneficiary as reimbursement for Actual Costs is higher or equal to 750000.

(warning) Specific partners can be exempted from CFS if foreseen in the Grant Agreement in Art. 15.3 or Art. 15.4.

  3. Financial statements

All financial statements (each period has one financial statement) and adjustments (adjustment from a previous period for which you haven't declared all costs yet and the requested contribution) for the current periodic report are displayed here. Note: the button "add adjustment" is only available from period 2 (to adjust the costs requested for period 1). This is also a read-only field.

  4. Financial statement for the selected period detailed costs

The detailed costs of the financial statement are visible here and all fields are read-only. Some costs have a Use of Resources  to complete.
