The Budget Forecast allows you to enter costs and estimate the budget for future financial reporting.

Cost summary table 

The Budget Forecast screen displays a cost summary table that includes the data on the forecasted costs pertaining to:

• Reporting period(s):
  • for the current period, the data comes from the financial statement and will not be editable
  • you can edit the data for future reporting periods: click on the link to update the costs

• Costs beyond the actual end date  
  • to edit the data, click on the link to update the costs

• Total will display the sum for all periods, including Costs beyond the actual end date

• Budget planned - as planned during the Grant Preparation phase (including all subsequent amendments, if any)

Reporting Periods

You can edit only the data for future reporting periods. To do this you need to update the pre-filled values (coming from the latest legal data).   

You can navigate from one budget forecast screen to another by using the drop-down list.

Costs beyond the actual end date

To edit these costs you will need to update the pre-filled values (€0.00 for the first reporting period or the latest data coming from the previous reporting period).

Save your changes and Validate your data to make sure there are no errors.
