As soon as the EU has signed an amendment, it will appear in your notifications on the Funding & Tenders Portal. 

Step 1: Logging in to the Funding & Tenders Portal

The Project Legal Signatory logs on to the Funding & Tenders Portal.

Step 2: Signing the EU Initiated amendment 

Click on the task Amendments signature and submission to view the content of the amendment. 

The Project Legal Signatory clicks on the Sign button to proceed to the signature of the amendment. 

Once you have clicked the  button, please complete your EU Login password (the comment field is optional) and click the   button again.

You will be blocked from signing the amendment if there are errors and those errors will be displayed on screen.
