Reporting and Payment

Periodic reporting

• The Periodic Report is now enabled for:
  • Programme: Euratom Research and Training (EURATOM), Type of Action: Innovation Actions (EURATOM-IA), Type of MGA: Action Grant (EURATOM-AG)
• The Periodic Report is now enabled for:
  • Programme: Border Management and Visa Instrument (BMVI), Type of Action: Project Grants (BMVI-PJG), Type of MGA: Action Grant (BMVI-AG)
• The automatic generation of Payment letters has been enabled for:
  • Programme: Euratom Research and Training (EURATOM), Type of Action: Innovation Actions (EURATOM-IA), Type of MGA: Action Grant (EURATOM-AG)

• The automatic generation of Payment letters has been enabled for:

  • Programme: Border Management and Visa Instrument (BMVI), Type of Action: Project Grants (BMVI-PJG), Type of MGA: Action Grant (BMVI-AG)

Continuous reporting

• The Continuous Reporting is now available for the following projects:

  • • Programme: Horizon Europe (HORIZON), Type of Action: Innovation Actions (HORIZON IA), Type of MGA: Action Grant Lump-Sum (HORIZON-AG-LS).

Amendments

• The amendment type AT27- Change concerning Linked Actions has been made available for all projects with amendments enabled.
• In Amendments, it is now possible to undo changes on an updated/removed Work Package.

• For the Change of the prefinancing (AT55) / Change of the MIM contribution (AT56): the prefinancing amounts can be updated if they are already paid, as long as the associated periodic reporting has not been started yet. However, once the associated periodic reporting has started, no amount updates are allowed anymore and the amendment will be blocked.
• The amendment type AT101 - Transfer of the Agreement to another granting authority has been made available for all projects with amendments enabled.
• Mainly for CEF projects: the Projects of Common Interest screen has been updated for amendments:

Continuous reporting

• For Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions – Doctoral Networks (MSCA-DN) programme: each time a new mobility declaration is submitted by the Coordinator, the Project Officer assigned to the project is notified via a PNS; each time a mobility declaration is re-opened by the Project Officer assigned to the project, the Consortium is notified via a PNS. Reporting and payment

• The information on the Use of Resources for Horizon Europe ERC programme (MFF 2021-2027) can be now provided in a structured way as it was the case for H2020 ERC. For more information, click here.  
• Only for Lump Sum projects, at the submission of the Periodic Reporting, in the Financial Statements screen, the status of the financial statement of all non-Coordinator partners will be now "Included in the Coordinator's Financial Statement". If a user clicks on a partner (other than the Coordinator) the following warning message will be displayed: "Being this a Lump Sum Grant, the information is to be checked in the Coordinator's FS". The 'Financial Statement' screen is not displayed in this case for non-Coordinator partners.
