(warning) The tab is displayed only if JU Contributions data is added during the Proposal Management and Grant Preparation or Amendment stages.

The JU contributions represent the cumulative contributions since the beginning of the project and need to be updated periodically during the lifecycle of the project.

The tab displays information about :

  • Members of the Joint Undertakings;
  • JUs' participation to the project and their financial contribution (if applicable).

Periodic Reporting

The information related to the JU contributions will be included in the Technical Part (part A) of the relevant Periodic Report and can be further edited during Periodic Reporting.

Relevant screens in the Grant Management Services

The tab contains a table displaying the data about each JU member and its contributions. This data, added during Proposal Management and Grant Preparation or Amendment stages, has been automatically imported into Continuous Reporting.

(lightbulb) If there are no members with JU contributions listed for the project, no table will be displayed. If one or more member(s) has to be added, this can be done via an amendment.

The data regarding the contribution type of each JU's member can be edited at this stage.

(warning) Note that the type of JU contributions (e.g. IKOP, Non-EU part of IKOP, Financial Contributions Given, etc.) is set at Programme level.

In case, a new JU contribution type needs to be added later, an amendment has to be launched.

If a new contribution type has been added later, the value for this JU contribution type will be set to 0.00 €.

After having completed the tab, click to save your data.
