 Currently, the Security module in SyGMa is in a pilot phase and is made available only to projects for the following calls: H2020-SU-AI-2020, H2020-SU-SEC-2020, H2020-SU-DS-2020, H2020-SU-INFRA-2020.

After the invitation, each time an Security appraisal report is uploaded, the coordinator receives a Formal Notification (PNS) that the report is available on the Funding & Tenders Portal. 

The Security Recommendations to be put into practice during project implementation appear as Security Deliverables in a special Security Work Package, editable only by the European Commission Officer.

The Security Recommendations are also displayed in the Security tab (read-only), tab available in the Grant Agreement Data to be found in the Proposal Management and Grant Preparation process box. 

 Any missing fields will be completed by the European Commission officer. 

The Security appraisal reports and previously uploaded justification elements can be found under the process "Documents" (accessible from the Document Library or from the GAP process box).
