Joint Programming Guidance
Joint Programming is the joint planning of development cooperation and
external action by EU development/external action partners working in a
partner country. It is a voluntary, flexible and tailored process
designed and driven by these European partners.
The purpose of this document is to support EU Delegations in better
working together with Member States, like-minded partners and country
stakeholders.

Local authorities in the next programming phase 2021-2027
The
next programming period for 2021-2027 holds important changes in INTPA’s
international partnership and development cooperation policies with the
creation of NDICI. This webinar aims to provide guidance on how to integrate actions in
favour of local authorities, both as actors of development and governance and as
implementers of actions in the next programming phase. The webinar will allow
going more in depth into the novelties and specificities related to programming
for local authorities and providing tips and key aspects to take into account
to ensure successful initiatives targeting these actors.

Public Data Tools and Data Sources

Results of the External Evaluation of the EU’s regional development cooperation with Latin America
The seminar aimed at sharing and discussing with stakeholders the results of the independent evaluation of the European Union’s regional development cooperation with Latin America in 2009-2017. The EU regional cooperation focused on strengthening institutional capacities and response strategies in the region, improving the level of ownership, promoting innovative approaches (South-South and Triangular cooperation), and fostering intra-regional cooperation.
