Description
For MSCA-IF-GF projects, the change of the Partner Organisation responsible for the outgoing phase is supported. The system helps the user to specify the new partner organisation that replaces the existing one in the Grant Agreement. This modification leads to a change in Annex 1 of the Grant Agreement.
How to change the Partner Organisation
| 1 | Access the Partner organisation tab in Grant Agreement Data screen and click on Replace Partner Organisation with a new one icon in the Actions to replace the partner organisation.

| 2 | Use the PIC or the organisation name to search for the partner organisation and click on it to validate it.

| 3 | Edit the data regarding the short name and the start date of the replacement for the new partner organisation and click OK.

| 4 | Click Confirm to validate the selection you made in order to replace one partner organisation with another.

| 5 | The new partner organisation will be displayed in the Partner organisation screen. The entry can be further edited, changed or removed.
