Access through the Funding & Tenders Portal

Experts can access the registration service via the Funding & Tenders Portal.

To access the Registration Service, proceed as follows:

1. Navigate to the Funding and Tenders Portal, then click on the Work as an Expert link.
   If you do not yet have an EU Login (The European Commission's Authentication Service) account, click on the Register button, enter your data in the form, and click the Create an account button.
   
   
   
   
2. If you already have an account, click the Login button. You will be prompted to authenticate through the EU login screen:
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your email address in the field provided, then click the Next button.
   You will be prompted for your password. 
   
   
   
   
4. Click the arrow beside the Password field and select the authentication method you require from the drop-down menu. In this example, we use "Password".

   Note:  EU Login supports a variety of verification methods. Using a password is the simplest one. Other verification methods involve using additional devices which can provide more security. These are mainly used by the staff of EU institutions when working remotely.

5. Enter your password in the Password field.
6. Click the Sign in button.
7. The My Expert Area page appears. Click the Registration link in the Navigation bar.
   
   
   
   Or
   If you have already created your profile, and wish to either edit or finalise it, click the Login button, then choose My Expert Area from the Manage my area menu.
   
   
   
   Click the View/Edit profile link. The My Expert area page appears.
8. Edit your profile.
