New Participant register

• The Participant register has been redesigned with a new look and feel, and it displays now within the Funding & Tenders Portal instead of opening in a new tab.

The organisation registration process still has 6 steps, which have been slightly updated:

The organisation data view and update screens now display the information in tabs:

The new field Gender Equality Plan (GEP) has been added to the Legal information step when registering, and can be later modified in the legal information tab within the data updates screen:

• The My Task(s) tab in the Manage my area menu will now be also used in the Participant register:

In this tab, the users will have an overview of the tasks that require their action. By clicking on a task title, the users will be redirected to the corresponding tab of the organisation data and update screens, where they will be able to perform the required action.

• Participant Reigister is available in different languages.

Participant register page of the Funding and Tenders Portal, as well as the organisation registration process and the organisation data view and update screens will include the translations to the official languages. To see the translated version of these pages, click on the language selection button at the top right corner of the screen of the Portal:
