• The Additional Prefinancing and the Periodic Report are now enabled for:

Reporting and Payment 

• For Euratom Cofund and Horizon Europe programmes: the information on the Use of Resources for the MFF 2021-2027 will be provided in a structured way (as it was the case for the H2020 programme). Therefore, for most of budget categories of the direct costs, the structured Use of Resources can be now completed via a popup opened when accessing a link in the Financial Statement screen. For more information about how to complete the Financial Statement and the Use of Resources, please click here.

This version introduces a new page called Horizon4Ukraine where opportunities in Horizon-funded research & innovation projects are announced targeting Ukraine researchers.

Periodic reporting

• The Periodic Report is now enabled for:
  • Programme: Horizon Europe (HORIZON), Type of Action: HORIZON RIA/CSA, Type of MGA: HORIZON-AG. 

For the technical part, there is also a narrative part. For the Financial part, there are the Financial statements and the use of resources, which is filled in via the pop-up available on the Financial statement screen. For this type of action, for the REPA, it is possible to have additional pre-financing payments: the beneficiary can submit an additional prefinancing report. The additional prefinancing report must include a ‘statement on the use of the previous pre-financing payment’, including the request for additional pre-financing payment and the technical part B. The periodic and final REPA must contain the technical part B and the financial statement. The report in all cases must be submitted in the 60 days after the end of the reporting period.

Project Monitoring

• The Project Monitoring (PMON) has been now activated for the Research Fund for Coal and Steel (RFCS) programme.
