The General NCAR is the most extended option out of the three options provided: General, Device-related and Vigilance-items related.
In case of doubt, consult the General NCAR registration step, as it includes most possibilities.
Note
After submitting an NCAR or creating a new version, all CAs of the countries referenced in the report with LAA profile will receive a notification in their Notifications inbox (Information tab):
