How to withdraw and rehabilitate a follow-up notification

  1. In the follow-up section, click on ‘’Withdraw’’ button next to the follow-up you wish to withdraw.

  2. Chose a reason from the drop-down list and add a comment:

  3. The withdrawn follow-up will move to the bottom of the list without any change to the numbering (e.g. fup4) and will be hidden by default.

  4. To rehabilitate a withdrawn follow-up, click on ‘’Rehabilitate’’.

  5. Add a comment and click ‘’Rehabilitate’’:
