The notify function

Notify can be used to inform an organisation about a notification or a fup, but it remains only functional for the EC level.

At the EC level and based on the involvement of other countries in the fup, the ECCP selects the specific Member State and Non-Member State countries to notify.

A country is notified for attention if the fup is shared only for information. A country is instead notified for follow-up, if a follow-up notification is needed.

The system will display the country's flag, only once for each follow-up but also in the Countries notified for the notification and associated follow-up panel, under the Follow-up panel.

Tip

If you need to save the follow-up as draft before submitting it, click on the Close button and select Close and save in the dialogue box.

Every user with the correct role within the same country can edit a follow-up with a Draft status. To complete a follow-up with the Draft status, open it and click on Edit.
