Search filters

The Search tool allows to look for all types of validated notifications.

  1. Type the corresponding text or number in the Smart Search white box.

  2. Click on Search to visualise all notifications corresponding with the search criteria.

  3. Alternatively click on Reset to cancel your research.

    Tip

    You can open the notifications in another tab by default. This is useful to consult notifications while maintaining the notifications list open.

    To set up this parameter, go to the Preferences menu item on the top right of the menu and check the User Preferences > Open notification in new tab box.

Search filters

By clicking "Show Filters", the advanced search panel is extending with drop-down filters and range selectors.

Search fields

Date Range Search

  • User can specify From – To dates.

Network

  • Drop-down allowing to filter notifications by network.

  • Network choice is limited to the networks that the user is subscribed to. If the user is only part of the AAC/RASFF network, then the only network available to select will be AAC/RASFF.

Product Category

  • Drop-down allowing to filter notifications for a specific product category.

Notified by

  • Drop-down allowing to filter notifications by notifying country.

Type

  • Drop-down filter to distinguish between:

    • Notification type

    • Notification basis

    • Notification classification

Risk

  • Drop-down filter to search by:

    • Risk decision

    • Impact on

Follow-up by

  • Drop-down allowing to filter notifications by country who created follow-ups.

Origin

  • Drop-down allowing to filter notifications by country of origin.

Combined Search

  • Clicking the search button always combines all search parameters, the smart search together with the additional parameters.
