Conversations Dashboard
The Conversations Dashboard lists all active conversations in which your organisation is flagged for attention or for follow-up or that your organisation has created and the archived conversations under an additional tab.
It is possible to either create a conversation in a notification (in this case the notification reference is visible in the fourth column, with for example 2021.3890) or to create a separate conversation not linked to a notification (if the fourth column is blank).
To create a new conversation, click on the Create Conversation + button on the top left. For further information, please refer to the Conversation panel section.

To look for specific conversations, follow these steps:
Go to the white box under Create Conversation +.
Search by Conversation ID by typing the ID number or by keyword by typing it in the right box Contains text in topic or message.
Press Enter on your keyboard to perform the search.
Use the six boxes on top of the Conversation Dashboard to filter the conversations. These enable you to search for conversations that are:
Peer or Parent;
For attention, For follow-up or Moderator;
Unread by Organisation, Unread by Me or Draft;
Opened Conversation or Closed Conversation;
Notification network;
Monitored conversations.

Archived conversations
Conversations with status closed that have been inactive for more than 2 years will be automatically archived.
Note
Archived conversations will remain visible but cannot be re-opened, modified, or interacted with.
To view the archived conversations, click on Archived conversations button.

The system opens a dashboard with Archived conversations data.

You will be able to search and view archived conversations but will not have the option to modify or restore them. The status of the conversation will be archived.

To go back to the active conversations, click on Back to conversations.

In the notification, closed conversations that are not archived (i.e., not older than 2 years) will be visible.
If a notification contains both active and archived conversations, only the active conversations are displayed, and the 'Archived conversations' button is shown to access archived ones. Information about the number of archived conversations is also visible.

If there are no archived conversations, the button and the information about the number of archived conversations are not visible.
