New Model Contract

There is a new model contract for use by experts. This contract has been simplified. You can view a copy of the contract HERE.

Prefilled Values for Remote and Central Fees

There are some important changes in the Payment Request screen for expert participating in the pilot, as described below:

  • One of the changes experts will notice with this pilot is that the remote and central fee values are prefilled, based on the activities assigned to experts.
    So when an expert goes to My Expert Area to upload a payment request, there is already a green tick beside Remote fees and Central fees in the payment checklist.


    And below, the expert will see that the fees for remote and on-site work have been prefilled. The expert can ask for a recalculation if they think there is an error.

           

    To do so, They must add a comment in the Fees correction request field...


    ...and then click the Update button.
  • Meeting location and dates have also been pre-filled, but the expert must add their arrival and departure dates and the country and city for Departing from and Returning to, and then click the Save button as usual.



    The Meeting item in the checklist now has a green tick.

With the exception of these changes, the Payment Request remains the same, as described in Managing Payments.
