Together with the SoHO entity identification code, makes up the EU SoHO entity code (2 + 6 characters).

SoHO entity identification code *

SoHO entity identification code of the SoHO entity receiving the collected SoHO or the importing SoHO establishment, as assigned in the EU SoHO Platform. Remove the two initial country code characters from your Entity ID (e.g. if your Entity ID is 'BE123456', enter '123456'). Left padding zeroes will be added if there are less than 6 characters.

Unique donation number *

Enter thirteen character donation number - unique in your donation numbering system. If using ISBT 128 or Eurocode enter the full donation number including the facility identifier. Left padding zeroes will be added if there are less than 13 characters.

Coding System identifier *

Together with the SoHO number, makes up the EU SoHO code (1 + 7 characters).

SoHO number *

Enter the appropriate SoHO code for the system specified. Left padding zeroes will be added if there are less than 7 characters.

Split number *

Enter three character split number. Left padding zeroes will be added if there are less than 3 characters. If no splits, enter 3 zeros
