Search & View Vigilance dossiers

Find a Vigilance dossier

  1. From the EUDAMED dashboard click on View Vigilance reports under the Search & View section:

    Tip

    Alternatively, use the Search & View tab for quick access:

    The system will redirect you to the Manage Vigilance dossiers page:

  2. Click on Filter and then apply the relevant filters and Search criteria:

    If you wish to display dossiers in draft state only use the In progress draft toggle button.

    Tip

    Click Add to apply several search criteria:

  3. Click on Apply filters to generate the search results.

    Tip

    Use the Generate XML file button to download an XML file of the search results.

    The system will redirect you to the Download Management page to retrieve the generated XML file:

    Navigate between search results using the pagination button at the bottom of the page.

View a Vigilance dossier

Note

Users with Viewer profile or higher can click on a dossier entry from the list and preview its contents.

  1. Under Manage Vigilance dossiers click on View inside the relevant Vigilance dossier entry:

    The system will redirect you to the Report Primary Details of the selected Vigilance dossier in preview mode.

  2. Click on the section of your choice on the left side to preview its information:
