Validating an access request

  1. In SAAS, click on the green Manage button, to use your local admin profile:

  2. Click on the Requested tab and search by the username or user ID:

  3. Click on edit, to edit the user profile:

  4. Add requested access profiles:

    In case one or more access profiles are not needed, click on the orange button Reject Add Request.

    For example if Escalator profile is not needed, the Local Admin can reject it and add the Creator and Reader only.

  5. Click on Activate:

    Note

    After the access request has been validated the user will be automatically added to AAC/RASFF network group.
