Rejecting an access request

  1. In SAAS, click on the green Manage button, to manage your local admin profile:

  2. Click on the Requested tab and search by the username or user ID:

  3. Click on edit, to edit the user profile:

  4. Add a reason for rejection:

  5. Click on Reject:
