Dashboard

The Dashboard provides notification lists organised by status.

Note

The lists can be collapsed and expanded by selecting the [+] or [-] button on the right top corner of each list.

For MS Validators, MS Creators and MS Escalators, the Dashboard displays four lists:

  • Tasks;

  • Notifications for attention;

  • Notifications for follow-up;

  • Rejected notifications by MS.

The page opens by default with the Tasks list open.

Tip

Change the Zoom on the page to 125% or below to close the Tasks list using the [-].

Lists on the dashboard

For MS Reader, the Dashboard displays two lists:

  • Notifications for attention;

  • Notifications for follow-up.

    Note

    A MS Reader cannot see the Tasks and the Rejected notifications by MS.

Tasks list

This list displays all notifications on which a user with your profile is expected to work on:

  • A MS Creator see and accesses the notifications with the status Draft, MS suspended, and MS rejected;

  • A MS Validator and MS Escalator find here also the notifications with the status MS submitted and MS validated.

Notifications for attention list

This list shows all notifications for which your organisation was flagged for attention, meaning that the information was shared with you for information only.

Important

No feedback is expected from your side.

Notifications for follow-up list

This list includes all notifications for which you were flagged for follow-up, meaning the information was shared with the aim to receive feedback from your side.

Feedback is expected from your side.

Rejected notifications by MS list

This list consists of all notifications that were rejected by a MS Validator or MS Escalator.
