Introduction of My Person Profile beta version

My Person Profile beta version is a new tab in the Manage my area menu, available to all users of the Funding & Tenders Portal.

This functionality is in its first phase of implementation, in which the profile is only visible to its creator user in Manage my area. The profile will be searchable in the public side of the Portal in a future version, but not in this first phase.
