Personnel Unit Costs

In case of an interest for using Personnel Unit Costs, when the workflow is initiated, the LEAR receives the task under My tasks. There will be a link in the task that leads you to the participant task:

The LEARhas to provide the document related to the certificate, with some information related the annual Work Units, total Personnel Costs:

After entering all the requested information, the LEAR can calculate the daily by clicking on the button Calculate:

After seeing the result rate and confirmation of document-reception, the LEAR is requested to provide final confirmation by clicking on Continue to final confirmation:

The LEAR also has the possibility click on Previous and go back to make further changes:

A pop-up window appears as a reminder of consequences that will follow.

Good to know

There is a cost unit wizard available under the Horizon page on the Funding & Tenders Portal, that you can use to calculate the unit cost.

To access it, go to the Portal, click on View all EU programmes on the home page and select horizon.

This wizard helps you to calculate personnel unit cost without giving binding results. Then, you are free to choose the cost method for your organisation as explained above.
