    Le GALPA Ostrobothnia a soutenu un projet qui encourage les membres de la communauté locale et les migrants à créer des recettes innovantes au départ d’espèces de poisson peu utilisées. Cette initiative a non seulement permis d’augmenter la consommation de ces poissons moins valorisés mais aussi de favoriser les interactions culturelles et l’intégration des migrants.
