Request additional information

In the case where the CA requires additional information to be able to authorise the application, the Sponsor must provide the requested information. Only then the CA can proceed assessing the application.

To request further information, follow these steps:

  1. Click Request additional information at the top right corner of the page.

  2. A pop-up will appear for you to indicate which additional information is needed.

    Once you are done, click Complete action.

    While the CA is waiting for the Sponsor’s reply, the time for authorisation is suspended. There is no deadline for the Sponsor to react.

  3. The application will change to Pending additional info.
