Act amending Chapter 2 of the Consumer Protection Act

2:9ยง Aggressive commercial practices must not be employed in marketing or customer relations. A practice shall be regarded as aggressive if, by harassment, coercion or undue influence, it is capable of leading a consumer to make a transactional decision that he would not have made in the absence of the such practice.
