Act no. 36/2008 Coll., amending the Act no. 634/1992 Coll., on protection of consumers, as amended

Article I., par. 23 h) the trader creates the false impression that the consumer has already won or will on doing a particular act win, a prize or other equivalent benefit, when there is no prize or other equivalent benefit, or the prize or other equivalent benefit is subject to the consumer paying money or incurring a cost.
