94/7 §3 Where the means of communication used for the purposes of the commercial practice imposes limits in terms of space or time, it is necessary, in order to determine whether information has been omitted, to take account of these limits and of any step taken by the vendor to make the information available to the consumer by other means.

90 §3 Where the medium used to communicate the commercial practice imposes limitations of space or time, these limitations and any measures taken by the enterprise to make the information available to consumer by other means shall be taken into account in deciding whether information has been omitted.
