84 It is prohibited to trade by apply a chain sale method (pyramid promotional scheme), that consists in building up a network of professional or non-professional vendors, whereby everyone hopes to generate a benefit, rather by extending the network then by selling products (or services) to the consumer. Participation to such trades with prior knowledge is also prohibited. Equated with chain selling is the "snow ball process" that consists in offering products (or services) to the consumers whereby the impression is created that he will be able to get the product for free or for a sum beneath its real value. This only on the condition of placing credit notes, coupons, or other similar titles near third persons. Or on the condition that members are recruited or inscriptions are collected.

91, 14° establishing, operating or promoting a pyramid promotional scheme where a consumer gives consideration for the opportunity to receive compensation that is derived primarily from the introduction of other consumers into the scheme rather than from the sale or consumption of products;
