94/8, 5° to suggest the purchase of goods or services at a given price without revealing the plausible reasons which the vendor might have for thinking that he may not be able to supply the relevant goods or services or equivalent goods or services at the given price himself or be able to have them supplied by a different vendor, during a period and in quantities which are reasonable, having regard to the product or service, the extent of the advertising carried out in respect of the product or the service and the suggested price;

91, 5° making an invitation to purchase products at a specified price without disclosing the existence of any reasonable grounds the enterprise may have for believing that he will not be able to offer for supply or to procure another trader to supply, those products or equivalent products at that price for a period that is, and in quantities that are, reasonable having regard to the product, the scale of advertising of the product and the price offered;
