76 It is prohibited to sent any product to someone who did not request this, with the request to purchase it through the payment of his price or if not to return it (even free of charge) to sender. It is also prohibited to provide a service to someone who did not request this service, with the request to accept this service by paying for it. The Minister can deviate from these prohibiting provisions for offers with a charity purpose. In that case the license number and the following statement "The addressee has no obligation, not to pay, nor to send back" shall be mentioned on the documents that relate to the offer in a legible, visible and unambiguous way . The addressee is in no event obliged to pay the provided service or the sent product nor to send the product back. Not even when the presumption was created that the addressee impliedly accepted the service or the purchase of the product.
