94/13 § 1, para. 1 If, in accordance with article 101, the minister or the official appointed by him in accordance with article 113, § 1 informs a trader or advertiser that an advertising or a commercial practice violates the provisions of this chapter, then the advertiser or the trader must prove within a period of one month that the above information is correct.

103 § 1, para. 1 The Minister or the civil servant he appointed according to article 133, §1, can ask an enterprise to provide the evidence as to the material accuracy of the factual information that it discloses within the framework of a commercial practice.
