98 §1 The demand based on article 95 can be introduced on demand of: 1. the interested parties (stakeholders) 2. the Minister (or Director General of the General Directorate Control and Mediation, of the Ministry of Economy, SME, self-employed and Energy), unless the demand refers to an act as alluded to (in article 94/3) of this law; 3. an employment or interprofessional association with legal personality; 4. an association fostering the consumer interests, with legal personality and in so far as it is represented in the Council for the Consumption, or recognised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs (in accordance with a criterion to be discussed in the Council of Ministers), unless the demand refers to an act alluded to (in article 94/3) of this law.

113 The claim based on article 2 of the law of 6 April 2010 related to the regulation of certain procedures in the framework of the law of 6 April 2010 related to the market practices and consumer protection can be introduced on request of: 1° the interested parties (stakeholders) 2° the Minister or Director General of the General Directorate Control and Mediation, of the Ministry of Economy, SME, self-employed and Energy, unless the request refers to an act as alluded to in article 95; 3. an employment or interprofessional association with legal personality; 4. an association fostering the consumer interests, with legal personality and in so far as it is represented in the Council for the Consumption, or recognised by the Ministry of Economic Affairs in accordance with a criterion to be discussed in the Council of Ministers, unless the request refers to an act alluded to in article 95.
