Reference Follow-up from Date Follow-up type Info
inf01 Ireland 14/02/2014 outcome of investigations
inf02 United Kingdom 21/02/2014 outcome of investigations and measures taken
inf03 Poland 20/03/2014 withdrawal of original notification #119751: Internal control of batch in question at the stage of import from Vietnam showed compliance with legal limits. Two counter samples were tested. First counter sample was tested in external accredited laboratory selected by the manufacturer - result of analysis was below level of detection (<0,3 ppb). Therefore second counter sample was tested in reference laboratory for OTA. Results of the analysis showed compliance with the legal requirements. Therefore, based on all evidence gathered during the investigation, regional authorities requested to withdraw the notification from RASFF. In our opinion the withdrawal is justified. Regional authorities informed that explanatory investigation to find a cause of discrepancies in results of analysis has been started. This notification is hereby withdrawn.
