2) Access depending on who submits the practice
2.1 Access for Organisations
a) Organisation not yet registered in the system – register your organisation
If you submit the information on behalf of an organisation, which is not registered in the system, you have to create an organisation profile. This only applies when an organisation registers for the first time. By creating an organisation’s profile the user who has registered becomes the manager of the profile and only he/she can accept other members/contributors from the same organisation.
b) Organisation already registered in the system – register as a member of an organisation If an organisation is already registered but a new user (who has to be affiliated with the organisation) wants to submit a practice on behalf of this organisation, he/she needs to request the access by asking the authorisation of a manager of the organisation (see above). The manager of the profile for that organisation needs to accept other members/contributors from the same organisation.
In both cases, the Commission team validates each profile. It should take 1-2 working days maximum.
Nevertheless, note that you can already add the information of the promising practice you would like to share when you create the profile (although you would need to wait for the confirmation either of the European Commission or of the manager of the profile of your organisation to be able to submit it).
Step 1: Organisations already registered in the database are displayed on this page.
Step 2: At this stage, you can:
a) register an organisation not yet listed.
b) request a group membership in the organisation already registered.
a) Subscribe a new organisation. Click on the button Not Listed? Register your organisation
Fill in the request form. The content is not auto-saved. Please click on "Save" at the bottom of the page if you want to save the information encoded and you will be able to edit it at any time.
Click on the Submit button. You can still edit your organisation by clicking on the edit button.
By default, the user creating an organisation’s profile is the manager of the profile and will be able to accept other members/contributors from the same organisation.
The validation of each profile is done by the Commission team and should take 1-2 working days maximum.
Nevertheless, you can already add the information of your practice, which will be saved in your profile.
Step 3: You can start encoding your promising practice right away.
Step 4: A warning will be displayed for your request. The submission of your promising practice is pending authorisation by the Commission
b) Adding a promising practice on behalf of an organisation already registered by requesting group membership
The screen for requesting membership is displayed. You can click on the Join button. You can always cancel your action by clicking on the Cancel button.
The manager of the profile for your organisation needs to accept you as member/contributor from the same organisation.
A warning will be displayed for your request. The submission of your promising practice is pending authorisation
