The II edition of " Krakow roads without alcohol - Krakowskie Drogi bez Promili" campaign, organized by the Prodriver Foundation, took place in Krakow in the form of a cycle of four events: on 20.09 in Muzeum Lotnictwa, on 21.09 in Aquapark, on 05.10 in Galeria Bronowice and the closing event was held on 17.11.2019 in the ICE Krakow International Conference Center on the occasion of „Welcome to ICE Krakow”. The aim of the campaign was to promote social attitudes and encourage the Cracovians to oppose driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs in the context of road traffic.
Our organization, together with Ms. Sofia Mavridis, Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Aspropyrgos, presented the Municipality's annual program on road safety and traffic education to officers, non-commissioned officers and gunners of the Artillery School in Nea Peramos, with an invitation accepted the co-ordination of Army Bishop Ani (PA Buranta Epaminondas) of the School Commander, Brigadier Mr. Pericles Doukas.
Hosted by the Road Safety Authority, Health and Safety Authority and An Garda Síochán, the ERSharter seminar of Ireland took place the 10th of October in Dublin. Called « Driving for work », the seminar focused on the Work-related road safety issues and more specifically on Grey Fleet management. The main objective of the seminar was to give employers tools to implement employees targeted road safety measures and to create awareness around the grey fleet problematic.
