Portugal | IV Lisbon Conference

On 22-23 October 2015, the Portuguese Competition Authority will host the IV Lisbon Conference, a unique opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and debates in competition law and economics. Some of the most renowned international experts in Competition Law and Economics will participate in the Conference to exchange views on issues such as leniency and other means of detecting cartels, on the qualification of infringements as restrictions by object or by effect, on optimizing public procurement, and on competition issues in relation to innovative technologies and business models. The programme of the IV Lisbon Conference also includes a panel especially dedicated to common issues for competition authorities from Portuguese-speaking countries.
