As part of the missions of FARNET in supporting the implementation of Axis 4, facilitating the exchange of tools developed by Managing Authorities to help FLAGs elaborating strong and qualitative partnerships is of utmost importance at this stage.
One of the basic steps in elaborating the partnership will be the adoption of Rules of Association, which will provide the group with administrative base in terms of structure, management and missions.
On the basis of the state of play and first examples of Axis 4 implementation in Denmark, we provide on our website and in annex on this page the English translation of the Danish guideline for Standard Rules of Association for a Fisheries Local Action Group.
Such an important step in the life of a FLAG must be tailored and adapted according to the specificities of each group, its context, the national and/or regional legal and institutional framework in which it will operate.
